Mechanical sample divider made of stainless steel

The initial sample is placed in the attached container and sealed by tilting (50 : 50 split ratio). If the sample is to be split again, depending on the model, the socket may be repositioned or the contents of the socket may be placed in the attached container and the procedure repeated.

Different types of containers

The Type 1 vessel comes with 2 collection vessels, has a closed attached vessel, and is optimal for halving the initial sample quantity.

Container type 2 is supplied with 3 identical collection vessels. It has an attached container with an opening for insertion and for quick repositioning of the collection container. It also has a flap that opens just before the highest point to minimize dust. The closed structure is therefore particularly suitable for multi-stage separation of dusty samples, flours, granulates, and powders.

The Type 3 container has an additional flap for alternative use with or without a collection vessel.
