Automatic sampler from the transport system
for taking average representative samples
The DVB sampler is used, for example, for compound feed produced in the factory or for outgoing grain deliveries (loading of shipping containers or vehicles). The sampler is installed in a vertical bottom tube (tube inclination = 25°). It can take samples at different points in the process automatically and without much effort.
Sampling is done through a small cassette funnel which has a separation gap at the top. This opening automatically guides the product flow across the entire width of the downpipe. This results in uniform sampling throughout the entire cross-section of the pipe, not just at the sides or in the middle. The time between samples is infinitely adjustable.
