We are expanding storage capacities — a new project for Agro družstvo Sebranice. - Novinky

Agro družstvo Sebranice, a major agricultural enterprise located on the border of the Pardubice Region and the Vysočina Region, has been building on its tradition since 1992. The cooperative focuses on growing cereals, rapeseed, maize, and bulk feed, as well as breeding cattle and pigs, and producing Czech milk.

For this stable and expanding enterprise, we are implementing a project to expand the storage capacities of VKS Sebranice.

For the construction, we are supplying storage technologies from the Italian manufacturer with Canadian know-how — AGI FRAME. This brand is valued for its high quality, robustness, and hot-dip galvanization with a coating thickness of 600 g/m².

Technical Solution of the Project

As part of the project, we are expanding the storage capacity with 8 new silos, which represent an increase of 12,632 tons. Upon completion, the total capacity will rise from the current 12,500 t to 25,132 t.

The Agro Sebranice project is managed by Jindřich Macháček, an experienced manager with over 30 years of expertise in Czech agriculture.

4× FPN 13/14 silos – Ø 11.82 m, height 15.57 m, capacity 1,148 t per silo, total: 4,592 t
2× FC60N 05/10 silos – Ø 4.55 m, height 14.58 m, capacity 134 t per silo, total: 268 t
Skandia H-Line Swedish conveyors, capacity 120 t/h

The handover of the entire construction is planned for the end of 2025, and the expanded facilities will be used by companies within the group (Agronea Polička, Agro družstvo Sebranice, ZOS Jedlová, Sylan, and Zemědělská společnost Vítějeves) as well as by surrounding farmers.

The newly built silos covered in snow symbolically close the year, and we wish Agro družstvo Sebranice — and all our partners — a peaceful and pleasant Advent season.
