Three new BROCK EVEREST storage silos in Vlasatice

On 17.3.2021 the investor officially handed over the construction site to the representative of PAWLICA s.r.o. and so the preparatory work and rough landscaping could begin. The favorable weather helped that already on 22.4. representatives of the construction company JOKA Moravský Krumlov, s.r.o. completed the concreting of all three foundation slabs of the roads. In the next phase, the footings for the steel structures of the traffic roads will be built and the substructure for the technology will be ready and in advance.

Galvanized storage silos from the American manufacturer BROCK, from the EVEREST series, as well as conveyors from the leading European manufacturers SKANDIA and SOBY are currently in production. The production of all steel structures and walkways is also ongoing at KS Hostěradice, s.r.o.

As soon as the technology is in place, the assembly of the silos, steel structures, and transport technology will start according to schedule. The last phase will be the restoration of the existing paved areas - roads and the construction of service areas around the new technology.

The construction of the new storage capacity will provide FirstFarms Granero s.r.o. with a much-needed pre-stock of grain for its compound feed production facility. With its focus on pig breeding and an area of more than 1,000 hectares, building storage capacity in Vlasatice has become a necessity.
