Modern PAWLICA technology for GRUPA AWW in Poland

We are carrying out the modernization of the Gorzelnia Tursko facility in Tursko, Poland, for the investor GRUPA AWW. The two-stage project delivers state-of-the-art technologies for grain drying, cleaning, and dispatch, with a strong focus on performance, quality, and energy efficiency.

This year, we launched a project for the investor GRUPA AWW Sp. z o.o., one of Poland’s leading producers and processors in the food and agricultural industries. The new technological solution is being implemented at the Gorzelnia Tursko site—a modern facility with a long-standing tradition that is undergoing extensive modernization.

The project aims to increase capacity, improve quality, and enhance energy efficiency in the processing of agricultural commodities.

Stage 1 – grain drying with a focus on energy savings

In the first phase, we are installing a STELA MDB-XN 3/14-S dryer with passive heat recovery. This technology enables a significant reduction in energy costs while ensuring gentle and uniform grain drying.

  • Performance: 1,000 tonnes/day
  • Power input: 270 kW
  • Skandia H-line conveyors with a capacity of 100 t/h provide efficient material transfer between the individual components of the technology.

Stage 2 – cleanliness and precise dispatch

In the second phase, we focus on the final preparation and dispatch of the product:

  • Bühler LAKA 400 cleaner – state-of-the-art technology for removing impurities and achieving the desired grain quality, capacity 100 t/h
  • Skandia H-line conveyors – capacity 100 t/h, with a reliable and durable long-life design
  • FRAME dispatch silo, volume 135 m³ – enables fast and smooth loading of transport vehicles during dispatch
