GRANOLYSER as a complete laboratory for the analysis of grain samples from the field.
The GRANOLYSER NIR analyzer is, simply put, a complete laboratory for the analysis of grain samples from the field. The system for determining the results is based on the principle of diode array measurement. This method is suitable for measuring the quality of all grains, seeds, legumes and oilseeds. The measurement result is shown on the display and can be printed out. GRANOLYSER also has an export function for the results, which can then be easily processed in an excel spreadsheet on a standard PC.
The GRANOLYSER operates in the wavelength range 950 to 1 550 nm with high sensitivity and therefore provides precise results for moisture, protein (N-linked), oil, hectolitre weight, sedimentation index (Zeleny test), gluten and starch content.
Fill the tray, select the product to be measured on the display and switch on the start. The Granolyser takes a 600 ml sample for measurement and scans 1,500 times. The result is then shown on the display. The result can be printed. Granolyser also has an export function for the results, which can then be easily processed into an excel spreadsheet on a regular PC.
You can conveniently save your measurement results to produce your own calibration curve. GRANOLYSER supports both MLR and PLSR calibration models. The instrument has an integrated network adapter and USB expansion interface for data conversion, connection to barcode reader, keyboard and memory cards.
