This sturdy 50cm stainless steel probe features a dust and water resistant housing, ergonomic wooden handle, foil keypad with 4 buttons and an easy to read illuminated LCD display. The instrument features low power consumption, which is provided by a 9V battery.

Functions of the HFM hygrometer

The display shows the current humidity value during the measurement. Measurements can be reliably taken in seconds at different locations on bales or large numbers of bales - without pressing a button. The resolution of the device is around 0.1% and the accuracy in practical use is around +/-0.8% points. Temperature measurement - switch the device to temperature mode and insert the measuring probe into the bale at the desired location. Wait for the displayed value to stabilize before taking a temperature reading.

The Pfeuffer HFM has a highly sensitive temperature sensor that adapts quickly to the product.
