JESMA JesIntake - continuous scales for receiving and loading of bulk materials

Jesma's range of receiving and loading scales have been specifically designed for the continuous weighing of bulk materials such as powders, granulates and grains to achieve operational reliability and accuracy. JesIntake scales are also suitable for high flow rates and are available with an accuracy of 0.1%. Due to the high accuracy and optimal reliability, the scales are available in versions approved for commercial weighing according to MID, OIML R107 and R61, class 0.2 and 0.5. Special control units designed for partial weighing with gross/net weight indication are used to control the weighing process. Jesma offers different solutions according to individual customer requirements. The weighing results can be read on the display or printed with date and time.

In the standard version, the Jesintake comes with the following features

  • Preloader with pneumatically operated sliding gates and inductive sensors
  • Preloader with flange for connection to the feeding system
  • Weighing hopper with fully electronic weighing system and pneumatically operated sliding gates
  • Depending on the size, the weighing hopper is suspended from two or three force transducers with vibration dampers
  • Dust-tight weighing hopper and pre-bin and removable covers with rubber seals for easy access during maintenance or servicing
  • Suction connection
  • Power and air connections located inside the frame
  • Solenoid valves and fittings fitted in the connection box
