Automatic sampler on telescopic arm,
which takes a representative grain sample for you.
Efficient and effective grain sampling is essential for the proper assessment of imported lots at harvest. RAKORAF 2 LINEAR is a representative grain sampling device. The sampler is mounted on a special telescopic arm which is operated remotely. It is a new development of the RAKORAF model.
Sampling with the RAKORAF 2 LINEAR sampler is the fastest and easiest method to obtain a representative sample from the receiving point. RAKORAF 2 is suitable for all cereals, oilseeds, and legumes. It works with the patented CONVAC air circulation system, which ensures a representative sample by eliminating the "vacuum cleaner effect", i.e. proportional quantity. The percentage of light and broken grains is not increased as the grains from the bottom of the bucket are removed with the same intensity as those on the surface.
The telescopic sampling arm with sampling needle can be moved by remote control to a specific sampling location in a very short time. The arm allows fast lateral movements with horizontal rotation up to 350°. This solution ensures fast sampling of the commodity in question.
A representative sample is transported from the probe by air circulation to the laboratory where the analyses are carried out. The material is transported to the laboratory by plastic hoses, a fan and a cyclone.
