Grain conveyors

When designing the transport routes for our post-harvest lines, we rely on the time-tested and specialized manufacturers SKANDIA and JEMA. For filling silos, we have repeatedly and successfully used grain pumps from HUTCHINSON and SØBY. The product range of these four manufacturers includes various types of conveyors for horizontal and vertical grain transport. Their advantages are high performance with low energy input, very good design, trouble-free operation and long service life.

We offer a wide range of redlers and grain conveyors from renowned manufacturers SKANDIA and JEMA with outputs from 60 to 600 t/h, for horizontal and vertical grain transport. Their advantages are high performance with low energy input, very good design, trouble-free operation and long service life. Our grain conveyors are very easy to install and maintain.

Belt conveyors are a modular system based on standard elements which, if combined correctly, can be assembled into various conveying systems. The advantages are small external dimensions, low weight, assembly variability, and simple assembly. 

Models T50, T51, T52, and BC400 are available with nominal capacities of 60, 105, 150, and 300 t/h. The belts are supplied in an oil-resistant design, the shafts are made of galvanized sheet metal with plastic rollers. For higher inclination angles, the grain conveyor can be fitted with a bellows or rake belt.

Recently, we have been increasingly designing seemingly innovative and unconventional technology for transporting material in our projects, the GRAIN PUMP. We offer two solutions, the first from the American manufacturer HUTCHINSON, the second from the Danish manufacturer SØBY. The grain pumps are characterized by gentle transport, high performance, and at the same time a lower need for engine power.
